Bender
This all-electric bending machine (8 axes) with 3D graphics programming incorporate right and left bends.
Model forming
Our new all-electric model forming machine can perform both operations of removal, expansion, single and double flanges ; combination of removal of material operation (cutting, chamfering, rolling...)
Model forming
From rolls of aluminium, this machine can sort out straight bars to length desired.
arm 3D
3D arm allows us to measure and control precisely our prototypes and ensure compliance of the specifications required by the most stringent customers.
cutting machine
Equipped with wheels tool, this machine allows a clean cut, precise and burr-free tubes of aluminium, copper and steel.

Production of rigid pipes

Thanks to its process and forming machines, we are manufacturing rigid tubes with a full range of connectors for air conditioning in automotive industry, but also for tractors, working construction, trucks, buses, trains, military vehicle.

We are producing tubes from drawings or/and existing samples by using the 3D measuring arm technology.

The measuring tube software without contact allows us to manufacture and control the conformity.

Our ISO 9001 quality and control system guarantee the conformity in the fabrication (calibers, waterproofness...)
